OUR APPROACH

At Platinum PC, we know C.A.R.E.Customers Are Really Everything!
We strive to provide you with excellent service right from the beginning to ongoing support assistance with your product if and when needed. However, from time to time there may be issues that are out of our control (i.e. delayed delivery due to carrier, hardware failure despite the fact that we fully test all systems prior to shipping). Rest assured we’re right here to make things right and get them resolved at the very earliest.

Outlined below are the different stages for your Platinum PC order cycle:

Order Processing

Once we receive your confirmation to proceed with your order, we get the necessary documents out to you and process your payment option. You will be contacted by your Account Manager once your payment has been processed and passed on to the next stage.

In Production

Once your payment has been processed, we send it to our production team to prepare your order for shipping. It could take anywhere from 1-15 business days depending on what you ordered and item availability, however within 3 business days should we be aware of further delays, you will be contacted by your Account Manager and if required an alternative solution will be provided.

Shipped

Once your order has been prepared for shipping, we schedule a pickup with our shipping carrier and you will be emailed a reference number to track your delivery. Regular transit times are between 2-7 business days depending on your location
